Financial Transactions and Payments
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 365ace bd is ৳100. Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
When making a deposit, ensure you use the correct account number and transaction ID. Delays caused by incorrect information are the user's own responsibility.
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome bonus
365ace bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 receives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.
- The bonus can only be claimed once — it cannot be claimed more than once from the same device or IP address.
- If bonus wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
- If a bonus is used to bet on a prohibited game, the bonus may be confiscated.
- 365ace bd reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions without prior notice.
VIP Cashback Program
The 365ace bd VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. At each tier, a set percentage of weekly net losses is returned as cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
General Promotion Terms
Any active promotion or offer is governed by its own terms and conditions. Combining the benefits of two different promotions is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated. If misuse of a promotion is suspected, 365ace bd reserves the right to review the account.
Gaming Rules and Restrictions
General Rules for Game Use
All games available on the 365ace bd platform are operated by designated game provider software. Game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial.
- If any technical issue occurs during a game, it must be reported to live chat immediately.
- Transactions resulting from a technical error may be cancelled or corrected following review.

Sports Betting Rules
